Before you choose
How does the rush order process work?
Rush orders involve working overtime to include your order with those already due to ship. An additional fee is charged for this service, but it does not cover upgrades in shipping cost. Please keep in mind that it's not simply skipping to the front of the line.
What is the procedure for refused or undeliverable packages?
Orders returned due to insufficient addresses are treated as returns. We will refund the item cost minus the original shipping cost. If we can't obtain corrected shipping information, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges to reship the order.
What happens with rush orders and production fees?
On any given day, we handle between 20-40 orders. Orders requesting delivery in less than the listed days or under 10 days will not go into production unless a $5 - $35 (depending on item price) rush fee is paid. This fee is necessary to expedite your order.
What happens if my package is shown as delivered but I haven't received it?
If tracking information shows the package as delivered, we cannot reship it. Consider opting for insurance during checkout to cover this possibility. In case of theft, file a report with your local post office and police, and we will reship your order at a 50% reduced rate with the provided reports.
